These are popular plugins available for WordPress
If you want to look through all the available plugins just go to WordPress.org/plugins. The first page will show you Featured plugins. Each one displays the name, an Icon, a star rating (1 to 5 stars), a description, the company that created it, the number of active installations, and the compatibility with the latest version of WordPress. To see the most popular plugins go to WordPress.org/plugins/browse/popular/
You can search for category, company, or anything else you might like to try. Using plugins can give WordPress many very incredible capabilities.
If you want to look through all the available themes just go to WordPress.org/themes. The first page will show you Featured themes. Each one displays a miniature image of the theme’s layout, and the name of the theme. Click on any theme and it will display the name of the theme, the company who created it, a larger image and more detailed descriptions. Below that is a detailed description of the theme, a list of features, downloads per day, and active installations.
The right column shows additional information and a Preview button, a Download button, and Version, Last updated, Active installations, WordPress version, PHP version, and a link to the Theme’s homepage. The ratings of the theme are below that and links to reviews and support forums and translations. And lastly is the development log.
